With a $100 annual entry fee for the Max Level participation, Skeeter owners fishing select trails and events during the 2024 tournament season are eligible for up to $7500 first place prize bonus if won out of a qualifying Skeeter/Yamaha Package. Participants are eligible to win the first-place bonus up to 5 times in the 2024 calendar year! That’s $37,500 you could win in 2024 just for fishing out of a Skeeter/Yamaha Package!

$5000 Match = Fish and WIN a Contingency paying event using your 2-year-old or newer, Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as defined in the Program rules, powered by a 250HP Yamaha outboard motor and Skeeter will match up to $5,000 for a win, up to 3 times in 2024. $2500 Match = Fish and WIN a Contingency paying event using your 2-year-old or newer, Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as defined in the Program rules, powered by a 225HP Yamaha outboard motor and Skeeter will match up to $2,500 for a win, up to 3 times in 2024. Minimum of 50 Boats or 100 or more competing anglers.

$500 Match = Fish and WIN a Contingency paying event using your 2-year-old or newer, Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as defined in the Program rules, powered by a 200HP Yamaha outboard motor and Skeeter will match up to $500 for a win, up to 3 times in 2024. Minimum of 50 Boats or 100 or more competing anglers.

Annual entry fee of $75 for Grass Roots Level. Note: If signed up for Real Money Grass Roots Level, you are also eligible to participate in the real Money Limited Level below.

Real Money Rewards – Limited Level

$1500 Match = Fish and WIN a Contingency paying event using your using your 2-year-old or newer Skeeter/Yamaha Package, as defined in the Program rules, powered by a 250HP Yamaha outboard motor and Skeeter will match up to $1,500 for a win, up to 3 times in 2024. RESTRICTIONS: COMMERCIAL, RENTAL, CAMP, RESORT, GUIDE, PROMOTIONAL/DEMO AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY USE UNITS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. UNITS SOLD OR PROVIDED BY SKEETER FOR COMPETITION, TOURNAMENT, PROMOTION, OR SPONSORSHIP USE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

WHAT:

● 2024 Skeeter "FALL INTO SAVINGS” Promotion is a consumer retail promotion. There is no extra cost to the consumer. NO BENEFIT SUBSTITUTIONS.

● Between August 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024 (“Eligible Period”), you can offer your customers ONLY ONE of the following two Promotion benefit options (“Promotion”) for new (unused and not previously warranty registered) model year 2023 and 2024 Skeeter Boat Packages, listed in chart on page 5 (“Eligible Skeeter Product”).

● Option 1: An Instant Rebate of up to $6,000 on qualified and Eligible Skeeter Product, from authorized dealers in the U.S.A. or Canada to consumers in the U.S.A. or Canada. The Instant Rebate and Dealer Participation amounts are listed on page 5.

● Option 2: Intro 4.99% APR on Eligible Skeeter Product, from authorized dealers in the USA only to consumers residing in the USA only. *Not available in all states. Available for qualified tier 1 credit customers who finance through Yamaha Financial Services, a DBA of Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation, U.S.A. An introductory 4.99% APR for tier 1 financing for 60 months at $7.90 per month per $1,000 financed and 8.99% APR for 120 months thereafter at $9.44 per $1,000 financed.

● Option 3: Intro 5.99% APR on Eligible Skeeter Product, from authorized dealer in the U.S.A. only to consumers residing in the U.S.A. only with Zero Down, Zero Payments and Zero Interest for ninety (90) days from authorized dealers in the U.S.A. only to consumers residing in the U.S.A. only. *Not available in all states. Available for qualified tier 1 credit customers who finance through Yamaha Financial Services, a DBA of Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation, U.S.A. An introductory offer of 5.99% APR for tier 1 financing for 60 months at $8.43 per month per $1,000 financed and 9.99% APR for 120 months thereafter at $10.04 per $1,000 financed. No down payment required. No payments will be due for 90 days. No interest charges for 90 days.

WHEN:

● Retail Consumer Skeeter “FALL INTO SAVINGS” model eligibility is new (unused and not previously warranty registered) select model Skeeter boats as contained on the chart on Page 5 only, retail sold and warranty registered on SDS (“Skeeter Dealer System”) by an authorized participating Skeeter dealer between the dates of August 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024, only. Any boat sold, delivered and/or warranty registered before or after these dates is not Eligible.

● For the Option 1 Instant Rebate only, dealer may utilize the Extended Registration Options of this Promotion when the Eligible Skeeter Product is sold from August 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024 and an Extended Registration Application must be completed by the dealer in the Promotion Extended Registration section of SDS between the dates of September 16, 2024 - September 30, 2024. Additionally, the dealer must also complete the PDI, deliver and warranty register the boat on SDS no later October 31, 2024. The PDI must be completed by dealer prior to warranty registration and delivery to customer.

● Any Eligible Skeeter Product sold before or after these dates is not Eligible.

WHERE:

● Option 1 of this Promotion is only applicable for Eligible Skeeter Product warranty registered to original owners who are legal residents of the USA and CANADA. Options 2 of this Promotion are only applicable for Eligible Skeeter Product warranty registered to original owners who are legal residents of the U.S.A. (*not available in all states).

● Any Skeeter “FALL INTO SAVINGS” claims delivered to Skeeter that define an original owner’s name to be different than the name warranty registered on the SDS by the dealer will not be Eligible for this promotion.

● Only applicable for participating authorized Skeeter dealers in the U.S.A. & CANADA. Subject to the terms and conditions as noted herein.

● For Consumer Benefit Options 2, consumer must take delivery from retail stock by September 30, 2024 on purchase of new Eligible Skeeter Product Not all buyers will qualify. Higher financing rates apply for buyers with lower credit scores. *Not available in the following states: DC, ME, MA, NC, OH, VA and NJ (NJ only: minimum amount financed is $10,000 for Step Programs).

HOW:

● To be authorized to participate in and offer this Promotion, an authorized dealer principal must verify acceptance on behalf of the dealership to all terms, conditions and procedures defined in this Promotion Instruction Manual & Dealer Agreement. This can be done on SDS prior to warranty registering your first Eligible Skeeter Product during the Eligible promotional period.

● This Promotion is limited to available Eligible stock in dealer inventory that is sold, delivered, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) completed and warranty registered by dealer on SDS during the applicable dates in accordance with Skeeter’s Promotion and warranty registration requirements. The PDI must be completed by Dealer prior to warranty registration and delivery to customer. No model substitutions, benefit substitutions, rain checks or extensions will be allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

● Authorized participating dealers will be required to answer unique promotion questions to verify a dealer principal has approved the Eligible Skeeter Product to be submitted for Promotion consideration and agrees to all Promotion terms, conditions, and procedures as they warranty register each Eligible Skeeter Product on SDS.

● Any Eligible Skeeter Product that is warranty registered to any dealer and/or distributor, including but not limited to an authorized Skeeter dealer, is not eligible for this Promotion. Any Eligible Skeeter Product that is warranty registered to employees of authorized Skeeter dealers are not Eligible for this Promotion, unless the dealer employee sale is first reviewed and approved in writing by Skeeter.

PROCEDURES FOR UTILIZING THE STANDARD REGISTRATION OPTION

● The last day a sale of an Eligible Product for Options 1, 2 or 3 will be considered for this Promotion is September 30, 2024..

● A dealer principal must review, complete and return a Skeeter “FALL INTO SAVINGS” Promotion Instruction Manual and Participation Agreement to be considered for participation authorization. To simplify this process, Skeeter has provided dealer principals a link located within the Promotion tab of SDS to complete this Form on-line.

● All Eligible Skeeter Product warranty registered will be considered for Promotion eligibility as soon as your dealer number is listed in SDS as an authorized participating dealer that has completed and delivered the Promotion Instruction Manual and Participation Agreement to Skeeter via SDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

● To register an Eligible Skeeter Product for this Promotion, dealer must access the Skeeter SDS and enter the Warranty Registration section for New Skeeter Boats.

● Upon entering the Warranty Registration section, the dealer will be asked to enter the Boat Hull Identification Number. The system will automatically verify if your dealer number has been authorized to participate in this Promotion. No Exceptions.

● If your dealer number IS LISTED in the system as a participating dealer, the system will automatically skip to the next step of registration. If your dealer number is NOT LISTED on the authorized dealer list for this Promotion, then access to the Promotion registration section will be denied to your dealership until you have completed and returned the Skeeter “BUY SAVE FISH” Promotion Instruction Manual and Participation Agreement, or enrolled on-line.

● Next, the system will define the Consumer Benefit Options 1, 2 or 3 available.

● Next, the system will ask you to verify that a dealer principal has reviewed and approved to submit this Eligible Promotion and agreed to all Promotion terms, conditions and procedures as Consumer Benefit Option 1, 2 or 3 identified on the Skeeter “FALL INTO SAVINGS” Promotion Instruction Manual and Participation Agreement. If you answer NO to the question “has a dealer principal reviewed and approved to submit this eligible Skeeter boat for this Promotion,” then the system will inform you that this Promotion registration request has been denied based on dealer decline of Promotion terms, conditions, and procedures. If you answer YES, the system will then continue with the warranty registration process.

● All Skeeter “FALL INTO SAVINGS” Promotion Instant Rebate Benefits will have a credit issued to the dealer’s parts account, Skeeter will issue a credit benefit as defined on the appropriate Eligible Skeeter Model Chart and associated Instant Rebate listed on page 5, to the dealer’s parts account, upon final verification that the Eligible Skeeter Product registered has met all Promotion terms, conditions, and procedures. The credit to the dealer’s parts account will be equivalent to the approved Instant Rebate less Dealer Participation.

INELIGIBLE MODELS FOR THIS PROMOTION

Any Boat NOT listed in the Eligibility Chart above is not eligible. Some of the boat models that are NOT eligible for this Promotion include but are not limited to:

● Skeeter boats sold or provided by Skeeter for commercial, competition, tournament, Promotion, | sponsorship, rental, camp, resort, guide, promotional/demo and government agency use.

● Any Eligible Skeeter Product submitted for an offer other than the Skeeter “FALL INTO SAVINGS” Promotion offer.

● Any Skeeter boat sold that does not comply with all of the Promotion terms, conditions, and procedures as defined on the Skeeter “FALL INTO SAVINGS” Promotion Instruction Manual and Participation Agreement.

● Any Skeeter boat not listed in Eligible Chart above.
